? How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made to the original payment method you used for your order

• If you paid using a credit or debit card, the original card will be refunded
  
   
• If you paid using PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account
  
   
• If you paid for your order with a gift card then we will refund the same gift card
  
   

• If mixed payment sources are used, including a gift card, in the event of a refund, the gift card would be refunded ahead of any other payment source until the value is exhausted, any excess would then be refunded to other payment sources.

   

• If Loyalty Points are used as part of a purchase, these are applied across the checkout basket proportionately per item and would be refunded as a same value gift card to represent the proportional value of the loyalty points used per item.
