If you have received an 'order shipped' confirmation we are unable to cancel your order.
If your order has embellishments (team/sponsor logos) or personalisation and manufacturing has begun then we are unable to cancel your order.
If you have not received an order shipped email, it may be possible to cancel it, but this is not always possible - this is because it may already be on a van or packed in a bulk consignment.
Submitting an order cancellation is not a guarantee that your order will be cancelled, but we always try our hardest to act quickly on your request to cancel.
While we do prioritise order cancellation requests, but depending on the volume of support tickets, we're not always able to read or respond to them straight away.
